1. Law Enforcement Request Guidelines
FOMO Spills is committed to cooperating with statutory law enforcement authorities while safeguarding the privacy and procedural rights of our users.
Valid Legal Process Required: We do not disclose non-public user data (such as registration email or IP logs) unless presented with valid, binding legal process—such as a subpoena, court order, or search warrant issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Emergency Requests: In situations involving imminent threat of death or serious physical injury to any person, we may disclose non-public information necessary to prevent that harm upon receipt of a verified emergency disclosure request submitted to support@fomospills.in.
2. User Notification Policy
It is our policy to notify affected users before disclosing their non-public information to law enforcement, providing them an opportunity to seek legal protective relief, unless such notice is strictly prohibited by a statutory non-disclosure order or court-ordered sealing requirement.
3. Anti-Slavery & Human Rights Statement
FOMO Spills maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, and child labor in our corporate operations, software engineering teams, and supply chains.
We operate in strict compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act, and foundational International Labour Organization (ILO) standards. We audit our enterprise cloud vendors to ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and ethical labor standards.
